- New / One-Trip Containers – Minimal prior use, with condition consistent with handling and transport
- Used Containers (WWT / CW) – Functional condition based on industry classifications
- Modified / Prefabricated Units – Built or adapted based on defined specifications
Important Note
Shipping containers, particularly used units, may exhibit:
- Surface rust
- Dents or markings
- Variations in paint condition
Such characteristics are considered normal and do not constitute defects unless they affect structural usability or differ materially from the agreed classification.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
- Pricing reflects the product value and may exclude delivery unless explicitly stated
- Full payment is required prior to order processing, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Accepted payment methods are defined in our Payment Policy, with bank transfer as the preferred method due to traceability and security.
Transactions are governed in accordance with applicable U.S. financial regulations, including:

5. Order Formation & Processing

Risk associated with site conditions transfers to the customer once delivery arrangements are confirmed.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

- Return window: 30 days from delivery
- Eligibility based on material mismatch, undisclosed defects, or certification discrepancies
- Non-eligibility for modified, relocated, or “as-is” purchases
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, subject to payment method and banking timelines.
8. Warranty Terms
Warranty coverage is defined by product classification:
- New / One-Trip Containers: 12 months
- Used Containers: 90 days
- Modified / Prefabricated Units: 6 months
Coverage applies to structural integrity and functional components only, and excludes:
- Cosmetic wear
- Environmental exposure
- Damage resulting from misuse or post-delivery modifications

9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate delivery and contact information
- Ensure site readiness prior to delivery
- Obtain any required permits or approvals
- Inspect the container upon delivery and report discrepancies promptly
Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect delivery outcomes and eligibility for claims.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
L&P Container LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Losses arising from delays outside reasonable control
- Damages caused by improper handling, site conditions, or post-delivery use
Total liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the purchase value of the product supplied.
This limitation is enforced in accordance with applicable U.S. commercial law principles, including provisions under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).
11. Privacy & Data Use
All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
